The products on our website are ordered on a pre-order basis. We stock limited products as most our products may need to be customised and tailored to you.
Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, there may be delays on your order which is out of our control.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been placed and being processed.
Processing time can take up to 3 working days. After your order is processed you will receive an update. Allow 3 working days for your order to be shipped out and for your tracking number to be sent to you.
Our overall Processing and Shipping time on UK orders is 10 to 14 Working Days.
For International Shipping 14 to 20 Working Day.
Next Day Delivery is only available on items that we have in stock. The option will show up at check out if item is available for Next day shipping.
Your order will be delivered on a signed for basis. If you miss your delivery, a redelivery will be attempted or your package will be sent to your local post office, if it is left uncollected for too long it may get returned to us. In this case you will be required to pay for shipping.
If there is any delays on your order, for instances in cases of customs regarded delays. Situations like this are totally out of our control, once your order has been placed and shipped out to you there isn't much that we can do but keep you as updated as we can
